To enhance your experience, we provide tiered shipping rates designed with both value and convenience in mind. Orders totaling $0–$65 include a $15 shipping fee, while orders between $65–$95 receive a reduced rate of $8.
We are pleased to provide complimentary shipping on all orders $95 and above as a gesture of appreciation for choosing our handcrafted products.

We currently ship on Mondays and Wednesdays to ensure your treats arrive fresh, and to reduce shipping cost on our customers. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email.

Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the issue so we can review it. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Please make sure to provide the correct delivery address as if an order is not delivered because of the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement.
