Originally planned as Angel Hair Pistachio, but after countless taste tests (and a few dramatic chocolate-maker reactions which is Me, the chocolatier,  Mina) — we decided to refine, improve, and upgrade it.
The result? A bar that’s richer, smoother, and so much more worthy of your bite.
Ruby chocolate meets a luscious Kunafa Pistachio Cream, layered with notes of buttered pastry and a bright, berry-kissed finish from the ruby cocoa.
Made in small batches for pure pleasure — and yes, the box still says Angel Hair, because this beauty was reborn at the very last moment.
